Buffy stalked into the library covered in a glowing blue slime.

"Who declared it yucky slimy demon week? This is ruined. I won't even try to wash it." She pulled off her short dress and rummaged in the cage for a replacement. "Giles? Is there still some slayer fashion fund left? I seriously need to go shopping tomorrow..."

Giles put his head in his hands. Thank the fates his family wasn't without means. If he had to live and repair his slayer's fashion damage on his librarian's salary, he'd be sleeping in his office even on the non-apocalyptic nights.
